I have purchased many products, with extended warranties, from them. ***This was my first claim***, on a convection oven, purchased on 05/30/2010. I completed the claim form online in a couple of minutes & received a postage paid label in my email. Hassle-free drop-off at UPS on 12/27/2011. Excellent customer support by Joe at SquareTrade. My Amazon account was credited. I received my new replacement oven with another 3-year warranty from SquareTrade, yesterday, on 12/30/2011. Just in time for New Year's Eve.

I haven't had to use my warranty, yet. I received everything I needed via e-mail, and someone from customer service called to ask if I had any questions and to explain everything to me. The were very friendly courteous and friendly, making me feel good about my warranty purchase. The price I paid for the warranty was also a big plus.
